By using PTE Pro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

PTE Pro is an AI-powered practice tool for the PTE Academic exam. It covers all 22 official question types across the four exam sections — Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening — including spoken responses captured via your device's microphone, written responses, multiple-choice and fill-in-the-blank questions, and full mock exams. The App provides automated scoring and feedback using artificial intelligence and third-party speech-recognition services.

2. Disclaimer

PTE Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Pearson PLC or PTE Academic. All scores and feedback are AI-generated estimates for practice purposes only and do not represent official Pearson results. Actual PTE Academic scores may differ.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account using email/password, Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or anonymous sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Platform Availability

The App is currently distributed only on iOS (iPhone and iPad) via the Apple App Store. We do not currently support Android or web browsers; any platform expansion will be announced in advance.

5. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier: Limited daily AI-grading attempts, basic feedback, and a mini mock exam.

Pro Subscription: AI grading with no daily cap (subject to a generous fair-use policy to prevent automated abuse), higher-quality scoring models, pronunciation and fluency scoring for Speaking tasks, detailed annotations, model answers, full 60-question mock exam, AI Coach, Score Map, advanced analytics, and additional Pro-only features as announced from time to time within the App.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI grading system
• Submit content that is offensive, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the App's services

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted text), is owned by PTE Pro. Practice prompts and passages are original works created for educational purposes. You retain ownership of the text you submit for grading.

8. AI-Generated Content

Scores, feedback, model answers, and improvement tips are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. Use all feedback as a learning aid, not as definitive assessment.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to: inaccurate scores, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to conflict of law principles.
